CQP setting location?

Can someone shed some light on something for me please with regards to CBR and CQP settings.

In the advanced streaming tab we have encoder settings, this seems to be the only place I can find these settings.
Can I just double check that this is the only place to switch between CBR and CQP for streaming vs recording.
I want to record using CQP, its just that I'm a little confused that the setting is in the streaming tab rather than recording.

If you're using the "Same as stream" encoder or quality selection, that will lock the setting out from the recording settings.

Ok, I'm blind, I didnt see that you could scoll down the recordings page to see the CQP setting there...dohh
