I have a RTX 5070ti build and RYZEN 7 9800X3D and during the first month of stream, I get to play Expedition 33 with Vtube Studio + VBridger running nag it used to be really smooth literally bellow 1% CPU usage like until September 26, 2025. Now, September 30, 2025 it's always 2-3% above even if I'm not running anything with just browsers. Here are the logs I have drring that timeline and I want to know what exactly causes the CPU Usage to spike. It often affects my stream.
Note: I never touched any settings from the the start of me using OBS until recently. So this is very sudden for me.
