Question / Help CPU Usage

First off I apologize if this is in the incorrect area, so if it is and a mod can move it I'd greatly appreciate it.

Currently running OBS on Windows 10 on bootcamp, and as soon as I open OBS my (without scenes or anything) my CPU jumps from 0-1% to 90%+. I'm attempting to stream from my PS4 with an El Gato HD60s. I've searched the internet far and wide for solutions including this forum, but unable to find anything for my specific issue. Not sure if it's because it's Windows 10 through bootcamp or what. I've tried majority of the things Ive found online, but the most I can get it to decrease is to about 85%. I've tried both classic and studio same problem.

Previously I was running OBS on OSX, but with the El Gato HD60 didn't really have any issues after about a month of tinkering to get it setup, and everything in sync. When I run on OSX I was streaming 720p 3fps 2000bit and according to OBS only using about 20-30% CPU usage

Thanks ahead for any help! I'm a n00b when it comes to Windows, and honestly streaming in general, but after using OSX perfectly fine I feel it's strange to triple in CPU usage.

Log File is right after opening OBS and adding a scene with 2 video capture sources, but not even streaming or anything

I guess my n00bness is really showing lol. I installed all drivers that came with apple support page again this morning. I did download Xsplit because of this issue, and that wouldn't open, because of a D3D11 error. I tried finding how to download it, but was unable to. Also didn't have a chance while I was working. Will try that, and hopefully it works so we can remove this embarrassment of a post lol.

Honestly nothing has worked right after installing Windows 10 on Bootcamp for me, but I heard that was the easier way to go

Have you tried it in another virtural machine. Bandcamp has had problems with some windows applications before. There is a vm from vmware thats free that you could try.
Hope its only drivers for you thow

I finally decided to try again after failing to find the correct drivers to fix, and still having same problem. I know someone using bootcamp and it works flawlessly that's why I purchased Windows 10, but neither he or myself can figure out what's causing these issues
