Until this happens i'm coasting at 4-5% usage and the stream looks great and the game still runs great. Playing PUBG.
Then eventually it will spike to 20-30% for what seems like no reason and won't go back down until i restart OBS. This makes the game unplayable for me when it up at 20-30% and there doesn't seem to be a good reason for it. and obviously i have to restart my stream.
CPU: 3570k 4.5ghz GPU: 1080ti

In my experience i haven't been able to fix the problem by changing settings - bitrate anyway.
I have bought a new PC but the only current part in use is the 1080 as the other parts had to be RMA'd. But i'd still like to fix this problem in the meantime.
