Question / Help cpu usage is on 70% without any app running and on 90% when just on google

i just started working with obs, when i just open up the app (with no other apps running) the cpu usage is between 60-70%
and when i try streaming fortnite/google/after effetcs my usage jumping to 85-100%
and the frames be dropping to 5-15fps in a while

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.40Ghz
16GB RAM
NIVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
idk which things to add more

Turn that off, that might help.

Other than that... you have a lot of sources and a lot of filter.

Without a streaming or recording session there's no information on performance in the log, though.

You do have errors regarding audio buffering in the log, which indicate a general performance problem.

17:54:21.509: adding 92 milliseconds of audio buffering, total audio buffering is now 162 milliseconds

so i need to do a stream and then post a log? oh and how do i change the game dvr
