Question / Help CPU usage 27% and Stream is lagging

Hi,

I have the issue that for a few games the Stream starts lagging.
for example Dying light. My CPU is nearly used and when someone is viewing my stream it is laging.
Here is an example on what I mean:

On my Pc itself no lags at all and also OBS Preview isn't lagging.

I have managed to get it running for a bit, but only with Superfast and bad quallity.

My PC Hardware:

• CPU: Intel® CoreTM i5-4690K
• RAM: G.Skill DIMM 8 GB DDR3-1600 Kit,
• Graka: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 2GB DDR5

OSB Settings attachment (3500Bitrate UP)
Perhaps someone has an idea / advice or evenhat the same issue and got it fixed.

720p60 at 3500kbit video is going to buffer a lot if you don't have twitch partnership.

60FPS needs between 50% and 100% more bitrate compared to 30FPS depending on motion level in the scene.
