CPU RUNNING AT 100%

Hi everyone. I have an I5 machine with a brand new processor, brand new SSD hard drive and brand new 16g of RAM. I use the machine for live streaming with 2 webcams. I create 5 scenes with graphics and so on. When I create the 6th or 7th scene the CPU is already struggling at 90% and then the machine slows down completely. Please help. Is there a solution for this.

You can

1. Get another cpu one that is built for multi tasking try "thread ripper" youll save cash over the 10 years you have it. Its cheaper so the reinvest might gain you coins. Intel are single core performance beasts which means if you like fast load times great but dont expect to be able to do multiple things. lets take a bootup from cold this would be faster intel, running 1 game would also be faster you then open up photoshop a few other programs and this is where amd does well "multi tasking"
2. Turn stuff down
3. Do less
