CPU process priority changes while streaming

Hi,
When I first open OBS, it uses the first two CPUs on my computer.
So I manually change it to use the last 10 CPUs using the Task Manager.
However, when I start streaming and open a certain program, my OBS defaults back to use the first two CPUs only.
This causes huge overload and lag on my computer until I make the same priority change in Task Manager.

To solve this, I have tried changing the Profile setting in OBS, switching between high and main, but it doesn't seem to work.
Is there any easy solution to this?
