I have a secondary streaming PC with an Fx 8300 and an El gato HD60 Pro. I can stream at 720p 30fps on the medium preset without a hitch. Although when there is a lot going on the quality dips a little bit. A bit of pixelation and kind of blurry I guess. It's still more than watchable since most people don't use full screen anyways. Should I turn up my bit rate from 2900 to 3500 and try the slow encoder preset? I'm currently using restream to stream to both youtube and twitch. Could that be cutting the quality as well? If I decided to stream to just youtube what would be the max bit rate you would recommend for a fast paced game? I know you can change the quality on youtube where as twitch you can't. Thanks in advance!!
