You do have a lot of sources and filters and a lot of log messages referring to browser sources, as well as the Stream Effects plugin. I would suggest making a new blank profile and scene collection and seeing if that removes the extra load, and then add them back until the problem reappears so you can narrow down the source of the slowdown.

Make sure that you open OBS, begin streaming or recording, observe your issue, then stop the recording or streaming, then upload the log. Without a completed session data on performance isn't written to the log.
