So up untill 1 month ago i could play league of legends and record at a decent quality with obs and not lose a single fps, but not anymore, to be specific i can play the game just fine with 200 fps uncapped and 60 with vsync but when i open obs(i always activate vsync when i record gameplay) the fps drops from 60 to 57 all the way back to 60 nothing wrong here right ? But when i start recording it as time moves on to like 1 minute, the fps go from 60 to 40 all they way to 20 and back to 40/60 , and the output video looks even worse. I tried everything to virus scans with every single freaking program to playng around with settings (ultrafast etc bitrate etc etc fps etc etc) from cleaning dust with an air compresser under the computer to play with league settings and unistalling programs that were using a bit of cpu, but failed to fix the problem i am now at your mercy to find a solution.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4500 CPU @ 1.80 ghz 2,40 ghz

Graphic card
NVIDIA GeForce GT 740
It might seem to be the cpu acting weird but i alredy tryed cleaning the dust and it's weird like i said i have never ever had this problem up untill a month ago i could record Leauge just fine with normal CPU preset and decent bitrate i was thinking maybe it has something to do with my cores but i don't know what to do if that's the case.
