Not sure if this would classify as a Bug Report, so I put it under help.
Basically, whenever I stream, the stream will be going very well, but then, suddenly, whatever I'm playing with lose a third of its frames, followed by another third, then finally the game only runs at 1-2 fps, all over the span of a few minutes. It seems to happen after 15-20 minutes of streaming, and it basically turns my computer into, for lack of a better word, a potato. The stream will also either disconnect or stream at a terrible rate. The effects of it will linger even after closing OBS, or even the game. Windows also becomes very slow, and from viewing everything in Task Manager, I can't find anything that seems to be using my memory or CPU at a staggering rate, but all evidence supports a very different conclusion. The only way for me to fix it is to restart my computer. Is this a common problem at all? I'm using Windows 10 on a laptop.
