Ok i have been streaming for over a week an all has been pretty good obs has shown my cpu to be around 8 -16% at 30fps when streaming at 2500 bit rate till i tried to stream a minecraft stream now that made my cpu jump an gave me an overload warning so i edit it an it streamed mostly ok now how ever even when obs ain't streaming an just sitting open it shows my cpu at around 55% an over.. any ideas?

Scratch that i seem to have found the problem.. my overlay which was a lot of animation (webm)... sigh guess ill have to wait on a better CPU
