information for obs settings

hi there.i am a new obs user ,i have downloaded it in the morning it am little bit confused about in what setting should i play for the best performance, i have a low end pc core i3 10gen @ 1.20GHZ , 2 core , 4 logical core, 4 gb ram intel uhd graphics and a 1366 *768 resolution. PLZ give a quick reply
 
Under the Tools menu try the Auto-Config Wizard
Don't expect too much as your PC is rather under powered
Make sure it uses the iGPU for encoding Should be able to do 720p30

How are you planning to use OBS
