Question / Help CPU Encoding issue? (Great CPU)

So, I have a 5820k Intel CPU. I recently have been having alot of problems streaming even at 1080p 30 fps, when I always used to stream at 1080p 60fps without any problems at all. I can't identify the issue, and it's been over a week and it's driving me insane.

I used to be able to stream fine... but now with my i7 5820k even just opening my obs and it using .05% cpu my csgo drops 100+ frames....

Yeah I feel you. My OBS looks extremely choppy when I stream and I've tried almost everything to get it to work, and nothing.This issue has happened for over a week now, and whats odd is that this morning I actually fired up OBS and it worked just fine, however later today it went back to the very choppy stream and issues.

If it helps even when OBS is off if I lets say play league of legends on one screen and a youtube video on the other screen every so often the youtube video will play fine for 10 seconds, stutter for 2-3 seconds and then go back to playing normally. It's such an odd issue and I can't find a fix for it.

Using Avast? If so, disable it's gaming mode.

Oh my god. It's back to good stream again! Thank you!!!! Why the hell would avast ever do that to your computer...
