CPU cannot handle streaming my real window size and scaling dimishes image quality

Hi!

This is with OBS Streamlabs. Last time I streamed, tried to stream at 1920x1080 as down scaling the image made it poor quality and some small text was hard to read on the stream compared to streaming at the original size, it seems that neither Lanczos nor Bicubic brings better quality when down scaling to 1280x720.

When streaming at this resolution of 1920x1080, drop frames happens and at some point is goes to 100% of frames being dropped, allegedly my CPU (Ryzen 5 3600 6-cores processor) is somehow having troubles with the screen resolution, but is hard to tell where is the bottleneck. I also have 16 GiB of RAM and a Nvidia 1050 Ti graphics card (yes, I use the new NVENC encoder), I attempt to stream at 5120 bits CBR with 60 FPS, OBS Streamlabs auto-optimization gives me lower values as settings but I don't know about that, 2500 bits may give me worst image quality.

I recommend contacting Streamlabs for support with their fork of OBS, this forum only offers technical support for OBS Studio.
