Question / Help CPU at 99% while streaming W10

Hi

After i went from W7 to W10 i strugle to stream games. Ive got a GeForcee 1060 GPU and I5 4790K CPU (Overclocked).



While streaming my CPU goes upp to 99-100%. That wasent a problem when i used W7. Tried to stream H1Z1 last night and freezed and was not viewable at twitch. Also strugle to stream World of warcraft. Any fixes for this? In worst case i have to format the computer agani and install W7

Can upload it when im home. My friend also have the same CPU and he strugles to after he installed W10. It forced him to go back to W8.1
