Question / Help CPU and FPS drop

Hey everyone,

I was streaming fine for about 2 months and now all of a sudden whenever i launch a game after obs my CPU drops below 1% usage and my FPS drops to about 10. can anyone help explain why. Below is my log upload

Make sure both displays are on your 1060 to start.

I thought they both were, must have switched it when i moved my PC.
