Question / Help CPU and Encoding seem fine - but stream not stable

We are a portable church in a theater. No issues for more than a year, but lately our facebook live stream isn't stable - video freezes. Can I get some help deciphering this log?

WIndows is out of date and Game Mode is on by default and cannot be turned off. You want to run the October 2018 update and turn game mode off. Instructions are in the signature below.

That said, this may not be the cause of your problem:

This is an issue either with your local network or your internet provider.
