Cpu and 4K video

Hello, Can I use Obs in live streaming to broadcast the video on facebook coming from my 4k webcam that frames the music studio.
It' s possibile whith ryzen 5 3600, 16 gb DDR4 3200 Mhz and gpu Amd RX 550 4 gb?

You should be able to do it with both configurations at 3840x2160@30fps
With the NVIDIA card you gain access to the NVENC hardware encoder wich is quite good.
