Could we get an overlay that we can see in game to see our stream chat

Could we please get an overlay that allows us to see our stream chat while in game. A lot of people that stream like myself can't afford to have a 2 monitor setup. This would greatly help out in a lot of ways. I know that stream labs obs has this feature but it is not perfect.
