Could record in4 k... suddenly OBS canvas is pixalated

Nomatter what I try... the canvas is pixalated.... I ckecked all settings over hours....
At first I could racord very good... then out of nowhere, the OBS Canvas Video is pixalated... it takes the screen of steam VR... that is fine... everything is clear

I have the best setup: 5090, newest CPU


any ideas.... also in tutorials there is no help... of course I use the nvidea encoder
