Could not find locale.ini path

Hello there! i have a pretty strange problem, when i open obs and open the setings it crashes and give me this message: Could not find locale.ini path and then it closes automatly, i have uninstal and instal over and over again but still happend the same, i put the anti virus and is all ok

I find some kind of solution, if you get the same problem just go to the local disc c / program files / obs-studio / bin / 64bit. search for the obs64 application and Create Shortcut on the desktop and that's all the bug will be fixed
