"Could not access the specified channel" shared youtube account

Hi Volunteers, thanks in advance for your help.

A friend and I share her youtube account for podcasting. So far, I've been able to use her stream key in OBS to stream without logging into her youtube account (attached to her google account and all her private everything, so of course she would rather not share it). Yesterday, it stopped working.

When click "start streaming," I get the following error: "Could not access the specified channel or stream key. Please double-check your stream key. If it is correct, there may be a problem connecting to the server."

My connection is fine. I was able to log into my own youtube account and start streaming with excellent stream health. I have no indication that Youtube's servers are having any issues.

Here's what I have tried so far:
-Restarting OBS
-Restarting computer (repeated throughout the following steps)
-Double checking stream key
-Updated OBS
-Trying different ingest servers
-Uninstalled streamlabs (my daughter uses it for twitch)
-Reinstalled OBS (didn't delete data)
-tried and checked everything on this page except the bottom one because I didn't understand it and didn't want to screw with things at that level
-I do not have IPv6 connection, though that isn't new so I don't know why that would be it

here is my last session log, which probably just has the failed to connect in it: https://obsproject.com/logs/p7OVgr9WXYP9L8Lv

My question for you: Are there any other possibilities I can exhaust for determining if the issue is on my end?

The reason it matters is that my friend is undergoing cancer treatment right now. (Stage 1A, really good prognosis, but still its freaking cancer) The whole system worked fine until the first time I had to stream when she was at the hospital receiving cancer treatment and was unable to help me troubleshoot. It's possible that somehow she has to be present for it to work; she's usually watching from home while I stream. So she might just not have the spoons to help me figure it out, which sucks because these were the few weeks I was supposed to cover for her. So any insight is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Double check if setting your IP family in settings>advanced to IPv4 only fixes it.
