Could not acces the specified channel or stream key error.

My streaming pc keeps giving this error when I want to stream to twitch, meanwhile my main pc can stream to twitch.
I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the account, deleting and installing obs over and over.
I've gone over several settings in obs and network, but they are on the same ethernet.
I'm not sure what I still can do now...
