Question / Help Could anyone give me some settings advice for Local Recording?

Title says it all. I'm trying to record Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne at 720p Quality, 30FPS (I'd like to try 60 just because it's an older title).

My system specs are as followed:
Model Acer Aspire E 15 (E5-575G-57D4) This is a Laptop.
Intel Core i5-7200U 2.5GHz with 3.1GHz turbo boost
NVIDIA GeForce 940MX 2GB Dedicated VRAM
8GB DDR4 RAM

Any advice? I posted a test video and noticed significant pixelation and it was BUGGING me really hard.
