Hi!
I have a big problem with Elgato and OBS Studio (0.12.3). Sometimes the audo track of my elgato is totally corrupted. It's kind of crackling noise that makes the track unusable.
I've had the same problem on 0.13.1, so I've downgraded to 0.12.3. Yesterday I've recorded and everything went fine. But my recording from today is again broken.
I'm new to the whole OBS stuff, so it maybe an issue in my settings.
The log says something like this:
13:01:39.509: Audio line 'Elgato GameCapture HD' audio data currently getting cut off. This could be due to a negative sync offset that's larger than the current audio buffering time.
13:01:39.533: Audio line 'Elgato GameCapture HD' audio data no longer getting cut off.
But my audio puffer is still at 1000. I haven't changed that. The only thing I've changed corresponding to this, is the offset of the mic (it's at 1500ms).
I would be very happy about your help!
Thanks in advance!
Dennis
