I am using OBS on a Windows 10 computer to capture video and audio from an analog camera system via a SIIG video capture device. When I initially start the studio the display looks like this
If I go to the setting for the properties for the capture device, select configure video, set it to NTSC_433 then back to NTSC_M. then deactivate and reactive the device most of the time the display is fixed. I am trying to use this on an older video system for a church to create an service MP4 file for upload to YouTube. The process is being run by volunteers so it needs to be simple and consistent.
