Question / Help Corrupt Video File on long recording sessions

I've tried just about every file type, compression rate, etc. that I could possible find trying to figure out why the video keeps corrupting after ~1hr worth of recording. It works fine on a Windows and Linux partition but I'm having issues on OS X. Here are the logs from my last ~3hr session. Thank you in advance for taking your time to even look at this.

Don't save as mp4, leave it at default, which is flv.

Thank you. I Just tried recording another extended session and the last 30min was still corrupt.

Is it only corrupt in the remuxed recording? What do you mean by corrupt?

The remuxed recording of the flv is cutting off large portions of the recording segments. If I attempt to record for 1.5 hours then the final product will only be 1 hour long. If I record for 20 minutes then it'll only be ~18 minutes long. I've tried every possible variation of recording and it's only happening on OS X (which is my main OS).
