Copying VCR and 8MM help please!!!!

Hello, I bought this software to hopefully get my vcr tapes recorded on the computer. I also have some 8mm tapes as well from camcorders that need to be copied. I have recorded some VCR tapes and I just can't seem to get them to play without jumping. The same thing with the camcorder tapes. I tried to watch a couple videos and copy what they did. So, I am begging, please, if someone can help me. I have some of my old high school basketball games I want to show to my daughter, some family time, my daughter's basketball games. Is there anyone who can help me, please???

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
