I know you can copy all obs scenes and settings, but is there a way to copy just one?

I wanna just export *one* scene, Not all of them.

Oh right. Well, duplicate the scene collection and delete everything you don't want to export :P
If you're asking that because you want to import the scene into an existing collection, then no, it can't be done within the program.
If you want to fiddle with JSON the scene files are saved here: %APPDATA%\obs-studio\basic\scenes
But I would suggest in that case that you just make a note of your transform properties for each source and re-create it.
