How can I (easily) download VHS and convert them to digital on my MAC or to CD. I just installed OBS with a

ESYNIC USB Video Capture Adapter Device. The video plays, but with no sound and bad resolution. The software seems really complex, and I don't see how to convert and/or get the audio to play.
