Convert a selfie picture of myself to a video for zoom meetings

Hi, I am new on here and I have been doing some research about the OBS and I realized that it is a very good tool, I wanted to know if there's any way I could convert a selfie picture of myself to a video whereby the picture will use my motions of the camera on my laptop. Kindly advice, thank you
