Hello guys. I have an idea of controlling the stream's audio on Twitch. What I am talking about requires Twitch to integrate into its player as well. It seems kinda fantastic but I just had the idea and wanted to share.
We create layers in OBS like Game window, desktop, overlay, etc. and turn off and on according to the situation. So what I am suggesting is, OBS will allow us to create different layers for the audio as well. For example, one for the game, one for the mic, and one for the music app. And twitch will add more audio setting to its player. The viewer will be able to mute or lower the audio separately.
I am not a coder or something so I don't know if it is doable. But as a regular Twitch viewer, it annoys me when there is a song playing that I don't like but I can't mute it since it will mute the streamer and the game sounds as well.
I hope I explained it clearly. Even OBS won't see this, I would be glad to discuss it. Thank you for any kind of feedback.
