Control Spotify volume for both viewers and self

Hello! I new to streaming and have been trying to set up both OBS and a combination of OBS and Voicemeeter. I’m not finding a way to control just Spotify’s volume for both the viewer and myself simultaneously via hotkey or volume controls without having it setup with all desktop volume. But doing that won’t let me properly separate the audio tracks to avoid DMCA strikes. Does anyone have a possible solution? (I’ve tried Toastify but I believe Voicemeeter doesn’t allow it to work properly)

Also probably worth noting that the main reason I chose to use Voicemeeter was due to my mic being cheap (Blue Snowball) and attempting to improve its sound and delay.
