Control OBS on another network?

Is it possible to control OBS from another network? I want to let a mod have control over my obs while I stream but they are in a different location?

yes, of course
HOWEVER
realize what you are asking the PC to do (extra) and the extra upload bandwidth involved, and the possible restrictions on what the remote person will be able to see/hear depending on software used for remote, etc
