Control OBS from another PC, same wired network.

I started looking into this yesterday, but didn't get very far, a lot of what I saw was Remote Control via a phone app or something like that. In a pinch I suppose that would work, but not exactly what I was looking for. I have a DiY controller that allows me to switch scenes and what not - I have that part of it covered on the main PC. What I'm looking for is something that would give a 2nd PC on my network the ability to play "producer" - specifically running on a seperate wired WIndows computer. It would be ideal if it was able to display the source pre- window and the live output the way OBS does on the first machine. This would all be on the latest version of OBS. Thanks

Am I guessing correctly that you want to remove OBS Studio from 'main PC" and move it to 2nd PC?
If yes, why not move your DIY controller to that 2nd PC?

Otherwise, yes, OBS Studio has websocket you could configure, and drive that from PC#1 (with a variety of methods.. need more info to be specific, and this isn't my area anyway)
