Question / Help contrast lowered on recording, please help

so i have a 27 inch imac and on the recording the contrast is lowered

not just that but the quality is also kinda bad

my current settings for recording are https://imgur.com/a/bIELEcS

i have another friend who has a mac and he has the same contrast issue, not sure if its a bug or a simple fix but i just wanna stream nintendo games, help would be nice, thanks

Check that your color space setting is Partial and not Full.
