Question / Help Continued Crashed

I posted a thread a few days about a crashing issue. I've since done a clean install of Windows 7(down from Windows 10). After getting updated drivers and all I tried recording again, but am still getting crashing. I don't know if it is a good thing or not as far as potentially finding a solution, but now at least, the crashes seem to occur in reference to avcodec-57.dll and libx264-148.dll exclusively. I've attached the logs, and will post anything I'm able to find out.
