Contact VHS Recorder with PC

My PC has an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz Processor with Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600.
How can I connect an VHS Recorder and transfer content to PC with my August VGB300 USB Adapter?
I cannot see an Option: AV to USB2.0

You need to add source named Video Capture Device ("Videoaufnahmegerät") first.
