Constantly Dropping Frames

Hi Guys,

I have been trying to stream and I am CONSTANTLY dropping frames. When I run the Auto-Configuration I am getting as low as 1K bitrate suggestions and weird resolutions well below 1280x720.

i7-7700K/16GB Ram/GTX 1080

Download: 1,000 Mbps
Upload: 35 Mbps

I tried it all my friend...unfortunately. I have no idea how to read this log was hoping someone might spot something obvious

Tried different ethernet cable? Different network card?
