Question / Help Constant Random Disconnects

Hi I've been streaming for over a year now and I've recently started having issues staying connected after I start streaming. I've tried switching servers,changing my output quality, calling my isp, everything in the mega thread to help out with this issue but nothing has worked. I installed obs studio after having the problem with the original obs to see if I just had a bad install or something and the same issue is happening. I've included the logs from my 3 attempts to stream tonight. Any and all help would be appreciated. First time posting so I hope I did it correctly.

As requested it sat on the last test for five minutes without a result. I called my isp again and they pinged the router and said everything was working fine then told me to upgrade my ethernet cable which should be here by the 16th.
