Constant OBS issues every single stream

Hey, I'm not really sure where to post this so I apologize if this is the wrong section, so I'm not really sure what the issue is, but for the last few weeks/months I've had issues with OBS constantly disconnecting and occasionally having pretty substantial frame drops

And this is generally what happens when it straight up disconnects. There's times where my connection to Twitch will be severed but it always comes back like 30 seconds later, and usually when it comes back it's just fine and there's no lag or frame drops. The disconnection like this just happens generally randomly and out of nowhere with no build up. and I won't be lagging in game at all. So I'm not sure if this is an OBS issue or a ISP issue.

You're using Dynamic bitrate wich means your connection is unstable.
For streaming is strongly adviced to use a fisical connection (network cable) as wi-fi is unstable and not reliable.
