Constant OBS Crashing

Good day, had issues with OBS crashing / the process being terminated after just a few seconds on Task Manager. I try to lessen this by Exiting the program properly and leaving it in a scene with less sources. Prior to updating to OBS 30.0.2, OBS doesn't give me prompts that it crashed, so I just

I've uploaded my most recent crash report and log below:

Crash Report: https://obsproject.com/logs/MXnUgqCzgBIm5pVZ
Log: https://obsproject.com/logs/41OF7T2N8e6ol5rj
(after actually viewing the log, I see "warning: deprecated pixel format used, make sure you did set range correctly" thrice, but it doesn't state which source/specifically which one to fix.)

Any assistance is appreciated - I only have THREE third-party plugins and the only one I'm really suspecting right now is Spout, but I need that for my use case.

The crash is in some Windows mmdevapi.dll. That's something with audio. You're using the win-capture-audio plugin, may be the crash is due to this plugin. Try moving to the integrated "application audio capture (BETA)" source instead of the win-capture-audio source. It seems you have some sources with that and some with the other source - try to migrate everything to the non-plugin source.

Thank you for the advice! I haven't noticed any crashes that result in OBS showing the "OBS has crashed" dialog, but OBS still does that thing where the process terminates randomly. I don't really know if that can show up in the crash logs, but I've uploaded the current ones, just in case:

Log File: https://obsproject.com/logs/EQkq5BkphdSBEBW5

(MIGHT STILL show win-capture-audio; the last crash that showed the dialog box was when I hadn't uninstalled it yet)
