Okay, let's start off with my PC stats:
  • Processor: i7-6700K 4.6 GHz
  • Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64bit English
  • Hard Drive: 1TB 7200 rpm Hard Drive, Plus 120GB SSD
  • RAM Memory: Kingston HyperX FURY Black 16GB Kit (4x4GB) 2133MHz DDR4
  • Video Card: NVIDIA® GeForce® 960 2GB GDDR
Now the settings I use in OBS:

Issues I'm having;

My stream is lagging for everyone. I changed my server and nothing, I've changed my bitrate and nothing.
At this point, I'm lost on what to do.
Note:
When I play/stream GTA San Andras it doesn't seem to lag until about a few hours of gaming. Any help would be appreciated!

Are you streaming with Twitch? If so, try streaming with YouTube. YouTube allows a max bitrate of 10,000 for streaming. So set that as your streaming bitrate and try streaming on YouTube to see if it lags. Also, make sure your bitrate for Twitch is set to 3500 because it is the max bitrate allowed.

Have you tried streaming at 720p? What graphics card do you have? Tell me the specs of your computer.

EDIT: Nevermind, I see the specs at the top of your message.

It optimizes the performance of whatever game you're playing at the cost of everything else on the system.

It generally causes more problems than it solves.
