Question / Help Constant freezing

I am constantly getting a full freeze with OBS Studio literally minutes after streaming. I am not sure how to get my logs but this is starting to really become irriating.

Computer specs:
i7-4770k
16g ram
GTX 950 sli
Asus Maximus Hero VII

Not really sure whats going on.
