Question / Help Constant freezing in stream

So I have been trying to stream with OBS Studio and I have everything at the lowest settings. I start the stream, and when I look at it through Twitch, it is freezing constantly even if on my end everything is smooth. Any idea on how to fix this?

Any idea on how to fix this?

Upgrade your CPU.
Yours is way to weak for streaming. And for streaming+watch one anyway.
