Question / Help Constant FPS drop while streaming

Any experienced streamers available? At a complete loss here.... using OBS, trying to stream escape from tarkov yet no matter what i can not maintain a smooth stream. My FPS is all over in my stream yet on my end its smooth as glass.... tried everything i know of...need a hand... here are my specs, i also have hardwire ethernet that runs 450mbps download and 43mbps upload. so lost.....HELP

Hello
Please generate a log file while the problem occurs.
Then that should be visible in the log file and we have more infomation

If you have solved your problem yourself, please let the others know how you did it.
