Question / Help Constant FPS drop OBS. Dont know why. New User

Hello, I am new to streaming. Been at it for about a month. Been having constant FPS drops within obs. No idea why. I upgraded my cpu to:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950
