Question / Help Constant Disconnecting/Reconnect Issues

After installing 18.0 I've noticed I've starting issues with stream disconnect/reconnect. My settings are all the same, and I do not have the "new network mode" box checked. My stream will do one of 2 things: go live on my end, but not broadcast as "online" to Twitch, and/or broadcast normally for a while then start cutting out around the 30-90 minute mark. It's also begun kicking me out of my MMO clients (Path of Exile, most recently).

So I already tried the suggestions including lowering bitrate and switching servers. I've also tried refreshing my stream key and have updated my network drivers. I ran a test on Twitch Inspector and ran a Large Data Set OCCT memory test to check CPU usage in addition to playing a game/running chat/alerts (this was all done with the ?bandwithtest=true command, so it's live but not broadcasting to my channel). According to Twitch Inspector, I have 0 unstable events w/ a 2300-2400 bitrate (I'm currently at 2500).

Last night, I streamed and was fine for 2.5 hours until I switched to Bloodborne. OBS disconnected/dropped frames like mad. It went from less than 10% CPU usage to 50-60 in less than 5 minutes. Lowered the bitrate to 2000 mid-cast with no success. I've streamed BB several times before with 0 issues, and according to Twitch, everything should be fine.

Any ideas on how to proceed besides calling my ISP? Also any reason it keeps jumping me around servers when the one I selected was JFK? Logs from normal stream time and the DC's along Twitch Inspector reports for reference.
